Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish.
I placed Order #1732025 with Shipment Tracking #3163421798345, and the delivery date kept getting postponed multiple times — first 8–12 May, then 8–16 May, and later 8–22 May-2026. Every time I contacted support, I was given false assurance: It will be delivered in 2 days.
What was even more frustrating was the fake tracking updates stating “customer unreachable” and “delivery will be attempted next day.” This was completely false. No delivery person ever called, messaged, or attempted delivery.
I continuously followed up with customer support and even informed them that the delivery updates were incorrect, but nobody took ownership or provided a real resolution. Instead, they kept giving scripted responses and false promises.
After weeks of waiting, the order was suddenly cancelled without proper communication, and only later was I told that a refund would be initiated.
This is one of the most unprofessional and misleading delivery experiences I have ever faced. Poor communication, false status updates, no accountability, and complete waste of time.
Despite the product not even being delivered, the team was continuously following up asking me to leave a review in exchange for a 15% discount for the next order.
Would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
