When: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (except on holidays; even we need a break to pamper ourselves).

Who: Someone needs to sign for your precious delivery. If you're busy, assign a trustworthy companion (family, friend, or neighbour).

Prepaid Orders:
Below Rs. 500: Rs. 45
Rs. 501 to Rs. 998: Rs. 60
Above Rs. 998: Free as a bird!

COD Orders:
Below Rs. 10,000: Rs. 89
Above Rs. 10,000: Sorry, no COD.

For International Orders:
Charges vary by destination. Local duties may apply, so check your country’s policies.

We’re Here to Help!

No Returns for Used Products: Once opened, we can't take them back.
Damaged on Arrival: Notify us within 24 hours with a video of the unboxing. We’ll replace or refund damaged items.

Return Process:

Deyga is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours with video proof of unboxing, from the time of delivery.

Our team will vet the request. Neglect or improper use isn’t covered.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days, back to the original payment method.

Cancellations:

- Before shipping or within 24 hours of the order, a full refund will be accepted.
- After 2 hours of order placement, there is a 30% deduction for prepaid orders.
- No refunds once shipped.
