How do I place my order?
Step 1: Click on the product of your choice.

How to place a COD order?
In the recent times, we have been receiving numerous fake orders. In order to avoid such issues and to ensure our customers do not face any hassles in receiving their orders, we have added an extra security feature for COD orders. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number to verify its existence.
Process:
1. After you fill in your shipping address details (mobile number is mandatory), click on continue to shipping.
2. In shipping method, select “Standard Shipping COD” and then click “Continue to payment” button
3. In the next step, the Cash on delivery option will automatically been selected. (However if you select any of the prepaid option you can get a onetime discount on your current order (5%).
4. Now click “Complete Order”.
5. Once this is done, a 4-digit OTP will be sent to the entered mobile number. Please type the 4-digit number in the dialog box when prompted,and click “Verify OTP”.
6. After the system verifies your order, it will automatically be placed.
Can I buy multiple products in a single order?
Yes. Just add all the products you wish to buy into your shopping cart and then complete your order. This way you can save on any additional shipping and COD charges!
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
For all orders, you will receive an e-mail and SMS notification.
Can I order a product that is out of stock?
Unfortunately, products listed as "Out of Stock" are not available for sale. However, we can notify you as soon as the product is back in the stock.
Why was my order payment rejected?
There are various reasons why this may have happened but we suggest the following step.
Firstly, check with your bank to ensure there are funds available to pay for your order. Secondly, check if your debit, credit or net banking system information is valid and up to date. If you were recently issued a new card some of the information may have changed. Please confirm your credit card details and try again in that case.
Thirdly, check that your name and address match the name and address on your current credit card.
How do I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to the content of your order at any point before placing your order. Once you have confirmed your order and made payment, we regret to advise that no changes can be made to those content. If you have selected the incorrect products, please review our return procedure. Once the order has been completed, there is a limited opportunity to cancel the order with us. If you wish to do this, please mail us enquiry@deyga.in . Please note that at this time we will be unable to guarantee successful cancellation of the order and advise that you check your order carefully before you confirm.
What are the payment types you offer?
For Indian orders: You can pay for purchases using Cash on Delivery, Debit, Credit card, Netbanking methods. For International Orders: You can pay for purchases using Paypal and Credit Card only.
Is GST included in the product price?
Yes, All prices shown are GST inclusive.

How safe is it to use my debit/credit card?
We use the Razor Pay and Cashfree payment gateway for all card payments and also for Netbanking. These are standard secure payment methods so that we can ensure that all your online transactions with us are processed in an extremely safe manner. The 3D secure password is an additional password that you'll be asked to enter after in your card details on the payment page. You'll be redirected to your individual bank's page where you'll have to enter the Verified by Visa password for Visa cards or Secure Code password for MasterCard cards. Your card-issuing bank will give this password to you and you should have this password prior to shopping on our site.
What is COD (Cash on Delivery)?
If you are still uncomfortable making online payments, you can use our Cash on Delivery (COD) facility. This facility allows you to pay your invoice amount in cash at the time of actual delivery at your doorstep. You can only make COD payments in Indian Rupees. Currently, we do not accept cheque or demand drafts. Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, COD is not yet available for all pin codes.
How do I avail COD?
COD facility is available for India orders only. When you are entering your payment details at the checkout page, you can click on Cash on Delivery as the payment method.
Is COD Available to all locations across India?
Due to the limitations of the couriers we use, COD is not yet available for all pin codes in India. During the checkout process, you can use our pin code finder to check if the COD facility is available for your delivery address.
Would I be charged extra for availing COD service?
Yes, we collect a shipping charge of Rs. 120 for all COD orders below Rs. 10,000. We do not accept COD orders above Rs. 10,000.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
How does the delivery process work?
All our deliveries are serviced through well-reputed couriers. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your package's tracking number as well as the name of the courier company that is processing your order. You can use the tracking number to track the status of your package on the courier company's website.
How can I track my order?
We dispatch most orders within 24 hours (i.e. excluding Sundays and public holidays). You can track your order by clicking on the Track your order tab on the main menu and with the help of the package's tracking number, you can find the exact location of your order.
How are the items packed?
Each product in your order is first wrapped and then placed in a sturdy carton. The box is then taped and prepared for shipping. Each individual product is packaged in eco friendly wrap while fragile items like bottles are safely safeguarded with additional wrap.
Returns, Cancellation & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We strongly believe in our products and their quality and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. For more information- Please see our Returns and Refunds Policy.
How will I get a refund for my cancelled order and how long will the process take?
Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy to understand if your order qualifies for a return. You can get the refund within 7 days if you cancel the order before we ship. No refund shall be made after the order is shipped. For all orders that have been delivered, we do not entertain Return requests unless the order qualifies as per our Returns and Refunds Policy. Shipping & Delivery
By when can I expect delivery of my order?
Purchases are shipped from our warehouse by reputed courier agencies. Please allow
following number of days from receipt of your order.
• For India orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can
expect delivery of the order within 3-7 business days. For locations, which are in the
interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 10-12 working days.
• For International orders – All international orders are processed within 1 business day.
You can expect delivery of the order within 10-15 business days.
What do I need to know about my order?
Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However Deyga takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
What if I receive a wrong order or damaged order?
Deyga is not responsible for damage after delivery. For any complaints with regards to your order please contact customer care within 7 business days of your order delivery for resolution.
How to become a member of the Deyga Rewards Program?
Joining the Deyga rewards program is super easy. All you need to is sign up using your registered email ID and password with Deyga. If you are not a registered member, please click create account and fill in the details.
Your account is linked with the rewards program and a separate login or sign in is not required.

How to redeem:
We convert your points to a coupon format, making it really simple to use.
To redeem your points,
1. Login to your personal Deyga account
2. Click the “Rewards” icon at the bottom of the website.
3. A small pop-up window displaying your reward points will open.
4. Click on the “All Rewards” section
5. A slider will allow you to select how many points you will want to redeem. Remember 50 points = Rs. 1.
6. Once you have selected the number of points you want to redeem, you can click “Redeem”
7. A coupon code will be generated. Use this code while checking out and enjoy your discount!
Please note:
1. Cancelling an order will results in expiry of the points earned from the cancelled order.
2. All your unused coupons that is generated via reward program will be present in your rewards window. You can access them by logging in and clicking on the “Rewards” icon on the bottom left corner.
3. Codes will not expire until they are used.
4. Please note that you cannot combine this coupon with any other discount codes.
5. In the case of reviews, the added content will be verified by our internal team and only then the points will be credited to your account.
