1) I have dry and cracked feet. Can I use it?

2)When should I use this?
You can use it every night before going to bed. You need to apply it all over the feet, especially dry and cracked areas, to nourish and lock in the moisture. 

3) How often should I use it?
Using it every night is a must if you have very bad cracks, but you can use it as often as you can to repair the skin on your feet and promote healthy skin.
