At Deyga, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

  • Deyga is not responsible for any damage caused after delivery.
  • In case the product is received in a damaged (broken, leakage or any other) condition, refund or replacement will take place only if informed within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

  • In case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we will require a video proof of the unboxing within 24 hours of delivery. The request for return or refund will be accepted only if the video proof has been sent to    (For product related & other queries ).
  • Return and exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Deyga.
  • Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy.
  • Once your return request has been accepted, the refund will be processed within 7-21 business days and the amount will be transferred via the payment mode used while placing the order.
  • No Refund shall be made once goods are sold.
  • For prepaid orders, cancellation requests made after 2 hours of order placement will be subject to a 30% deduction from the order value. This helps us cover the processing, shipping and packaging costs
  • Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non refundable.

All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item maybe eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories.
